ZUEZ International English Hub is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. This notice should be reviewed with qualified Zimbabwean counsel before launch.
Information we collect
A consultation request includes your name, email address, WhatsApp number, programme interest and the IELTS goal you choose to share.
A newsletter request includes your email address and a record of when consent was given and confirmed.
A success-story submission includes your chosen display name, private email address, country, IELTS scores, written experience and, if you choose, a photograph. The submission remains private while it is reviewed.
- Uploaded website files are managed by authorised staff.
- Administrative actions are recorded in a security audit history.
- Aggregate page views record a path, device category and referring host without storing an IP address, cookie identifier or advertising profile.
Why we use it
We use consultation details to respond, recommend an appropriate preparation route and maintain a record of the enquiry. Newsletter details are used only to send requested ZUEZ lesson updates.
We use success-story details to verify, review and, only where publication consent was given and the team approves the submission, publish a learner story. A private email address is never included in the public story.

Service providers and international processing
The website uses Supabase for database, authentication and file storage, the selected hosting provider to deliver the application, and Resend when email delivery is enabled. These services may process data outside Zimbabwe under their own security and contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
Rate-limit fingerprints are one-way hashes and are removed after two days. Aggregate analytics are removed after thirteen months. Closed or spam enquiries and unsubscribed newsletter records are removed after twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for a genuine legal or accounting reason.
Declined or unused success-story submissions and their private photographs should be erased when no longer required for review. Approved public stories may remain online until consent is withdrawn or ZUEZ decides to remove them; the learner can request correction or removal at any time.
Access to personal information is restricted by staff roles, row-level database security and multi-factor authentication for privileged roles. Submitted photographs are kept in private storage until publication is approved.

You can unsubscribe using the link supplied in a newsletter. You may also ask ZUEZ to explain, correct or delete personal information, subject to any lawful retention requirement.
